Mosgiel, New Zealand - 19 May 2026 - Tabula has partnered with Aerotalon, an aviation operations software provider, to streamline data flow between flight operations and aerial application workflows - helping aerial operators reduce administration, improve accuracy, and increase productivity.

The integration connects Aerotalon’s aviation operations platform with Tabula’s AirVision system, allowing operational and flight information to move seamlessly between the two platforms without the need for pilots to manually re-enter data - reducing double handling and helping minimise errors caused by duplicate data entry.

Designed for aerial agricultural operators, the integration strengthens AirVision’s connected workflow across scheduling, flight records, job management, operational coordination, and proof of application reporting - improving visibility and helping teams work more efficiently day to day.

Built for connected aerial operations

Tabula AirVision combines GPS guidance, live fleet tracking, proof of application, and real-time operational visibility into one connected aerial ag platform. The Aerotalon integration further streamlines workflows between the office and cockpit, helping operators work more efficiently with less manual processing.

“Operators are increasingly looking for ways to reduce administration and remove friction between systems,” Michael Whittaker, Tabula CEO & Executive Chairman. “This integration is about making pilots’ and operators’ lives easier - reducing double handling, improving data accuracy, and creating a more connected operational workflow.”

"Compliance and flying have traditionally pulled operators in two directions, with manual admin filling the gap. Aerotalon and Tabula share a vision built on simplicity with systems that are simple to use, talk directly to each other, and give operators a connected workflow that reduces paperwork, all while keeping them fully compliant." - Jake, Aerotalon CEO.

Connected integrations built around operators

The Aerotalon integration continues Tabula’s focus on building practical integrations that simplify operational workflows across aviation and agriculture. By connecting systems and reducing disconnected processes, Tabula continues to look for smarter ways to improve visibility, reduce admin, and help operators work more efficiently.

Existing integrations across the Tabula platform include Chem-Man, REABE, Kawak, PlaneFinder, Trotter, and Xero.

Mutual customers already using both platforms include AgFlite, Aircair, and Helicopter Logistics.
