Tabula expands into the UK, appoints Doug Price to lead UK growth

Tabula, a global leader in connected job and fleet management solutions, has announced its expansion into the United Kingdom. As part of the move, Doug Price - who currently leads operations at AgriBale Ltd - has been appointed as Tabula Managing Director (UK).

The announcement follows a highly successful season running Tabula at scale with AgriBale Ltd - one of the UK’s largest straw contracting businesses, managing more than 125,000 bales each year.

The UK becomes Tabula’s 16th operating market, joining New Zealand, Australia, North America and Europe - a significant milestone as the company accelerates its international momentum.

“The UK contracting market presents a massive opportunity,” says Tabula CEO, John Enlow. “AgriBale’s season-long use of Tabula proved the system at scale in local conditions, and Doug’s proven track record and relationships will help us accelerate that expansion.”

Doug is widely respected in the Agricultural Contracting industry - a reputation earned by working his way up from an operator to a director and shareholder at AgriBale Ltd. He now leads a team of nine full-time staff and up to 30 seasonal workers, including a regular contingent of young New Zealanders who head to the UK each year to support the harvest.

“I’ve seen first-hand the difference Tabula makes during a busy season,” says Doug. “We put Tabula to the test through a full season across our whole fleet and it was a game changer. It gave visibility to our team, confidence to our operators and clarity to our clients.”

Working closely with the AgriBale team, Tabula tailored its all-in-one solution to meet the unique demands of a large-scale baling operation. Following a standout first season and proven success with the platform, Doug’s move to lead Tabula’s UK expansion was a natural next step.
