Tabula and Origo.ag Partner to Bring Live Australian Weather Intelligence into Tabula Live

25/05/26

Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand – 25 May 2026 – Origo Pty Ltd and Tabula have announced a new integration bringing live Origo.ag weather and environmental intelligence into Tabula Live, Tabula’s real-time operational management platform for agriculture, horticulture, aviation and emergency response operations.

The integration connects Origo.ag, Origo’s Australian-developed environmental monitoring product and analytics platform, with Tabula Live’s operational tools for jobs, fleet activity, mapping, field visibility and proof of work.

Origo.ag is now deployed across approximately 7.8 million hectares of Australian farmland, delivering localised weather and environmental intelligence through connected monitoring networks across major agricultural regions. The platform supports growers, contractors, agronomists and agricultural operators with live visibility of conditions that directly affect field work, spray timing, logistics, crop management and operational risk.

Through the new integration, customers using both Origo.ag weather stations and Tabula can view live local weather and environmental conditions directly within Tabula Live by enabling the Origo map layer. This reduces the need to move between separate systems when planning or carrying out field operations.

Accessible data includes wind speed and direction, humidity, Delta T, inversion conditions, rainfall, soil moisture and other live environmental information. These data points support practical decisions around spray operations, irrigation visibility, field access, proof of application and day-to-day operational planning.

Origo.ag was built for Australian agriculture, from the ground up,” said Annie Brox, Managing Director and Founder of Origo Pty Ltd. “Our customers operate across large areas, variable conditions and tight operational windows. Having live, local weather intelligence available directly inside Tabula Live means operators can make better decisions at the point where those decisions actually happen: in the paddock, in the office, or on the aircraft operations screen.”

“The value of Origo.ag is not just the weather station in the paddock. It is the platform, the data flow, the local network density, the quality control, and the practical agricultural context behind it. This integration with Tabula is a strong example of how Origo can deliver that intelligence into the systems our customers already use.”

Tabula Live is used by operators to connect planning, guidance, live visibility and proof of work in one system. The Origo.ag integration strengthens that workflow by bringing live weather and environmental monitoring into the same operational view as jobs, machinery, aircraft, maps and field activity.

“Operators are increasingly looking for ways to bring critical operational information into one place,” said Michael Whittaker, CEO and Executive Chairman of Tabula. “Integrating live weather data directly into Tabula gives operators greater visibility when planning and carrying out spray operations, helping teams work more confidently and efficiently in the field.”

Built for Connected Agricultural Operations

The integration reflects a broader shift in agriculture toward connected, practical decision-support systems that combine field activity, environmental data and operational records.

For large-scale Australian farming operations, weather conditions can vary significantly across relatively short distances. Local wind, rainfall, humidity, Delta T and inversion conditions can determine whether a spray operation is appropriate, whether conditions are changing, or whether work should be delayed. Generic regional weather data is often not enough for operational decision-making at farm scale.

Origo.ag addresses this by delivering localised monitoring through farm and regional station networks. The platform supports permanent, high-resolution environmental data collection, giving customers both live operational visibility and long-term historical intelligence.

By integrating Origo.ag into Tabula Live, the two companies are helping customers connect live environmental conditions with the operational workflows where those conditions matter most.

Customers also have the option to share data with other Origo.ag users, helping improve visibility across surrounding farms, operational areas and growing regions. This can provide better foresight when planning work across changing local weather conditions.

The integration is currently available for Australian customers using Origo.ag weather stations alongside the Tabula platform.
